Business Information Analyst

Location; London W9

Working in close relationship with the Business Information Manager and the other Business Information Analyst you will be mainly responsible for externally driven information requests and providing software application support to users.

The production of existing fixed reports from legacy Crystal systems and the production and development of new reports SQL Server Reporting Services are core elements of the role.

In addition to this some customer meetings and user application support (coaching/training), will be required.

Proven experience of working with SQL Server is a must.

You must have experience with SQL Server Reporting Services and/or Crystal Reports report design software, and you will also have advanced knowledge of Excel, including formatting, lookups and Pivot Tables.

The ability to work in a small, busy team is essential, combined with a can-do attitude. A methodical approach to Problem Solving is required.

Comfort Cars Service Delivery Co-Ordinator - Canary Wharf

Description

Due to increased marketing activity, there is a requirement for additional staff to provide a high level of Customer Service to both our telephone and internet customers and suppliers at the offices of our car company based at Canary Wharf, E14. This is a pivotal operational role in a new and exciting area of the business that shows continued growth, and therefore, opportunities.

We are looking for people to undertake a high level of customer service duties relating to taking bookings and processing for car journeys through our website or system link. Job content subject to variety.

The company employs over 300 staff. Call centre services are provided by Computer Cab plc at the Aberdeen location, where a 24/7 booking service is maintained. Turnover in 2009 was £82m.

We service a wide variety of customers therefore the New Business Sales Executive can expect to visit customers across a broad spectrum of industries. Typically our key clients fall within the Legal and Financial sectors and have spends exceeding millions of pounds a year on taxis and cars.

The Company also services the London Taxicard Scheme, which supplies around a third of the Company's business. Taxicard provides subsidised transport for disabled people with special needs. In addition the company has a large number of accounts with small businesses, and is building its presence in the consumer sector.

Typically the company handles >10,000 bookings per day.

Description

The New Business Sales Executives are required to gain new business accounts through cold calling, face to face prospect meetings, telephone selling and networking to secure new B2B credit accounts and act as the primary contact between CityFleet and the customer building strong working relationships with customers. Provide weekly and monthly reports on personal activity levels for customer and internal use.

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm although flexibility to meet the needs of the business required
